Assistance system

Assistance system

The crane moves remotely controlled but partially automated through a confined building structure. The material is picked up manually, the crane moves over the hopper at the touch of a button and the gripper is emptied manually.

Example for assistance system
With the help of camera systems and the assistance system developed by Baljer & Zembrod, the company Veolia in France controls the handling process in an ATEX-designated and confined hall from an operations monitoring room. The gripper must be prevented from generating sparks.  Crane travel through the room is partially automated. The material is picked up and dropped off manually.
