An intelligent value optimization for maximum yield per cubic meter!
Earlier B&Z sorting carriages can also be retrofitted with the system.

The yield in the sawmill is determined in the first step, the classification with the sorting cart. This step decides which cut and which roundwood will be used for the cutting of the sawn timber. A suboptimal classification cannot be corrected in the following steps.
The aim of intelligent optimization is to achieve the maximum yield in €/m³. This differs fundamentally from optimization by length and top. It is also crucial that all timber lists with the current production quantities are always available in the sorting cart. Rejects that arise during sorting are immediately displayed in the sorting cart. New timber lists or changes are also updated immediately.
The advantages:
- Value optimization
Maximize your yield by up to €10/m³ through efficient use of the raw timber. Cutting-edge optimization strategies such as gross margin, operating profit, gross profit and yield ensure outstanding results. Within seconds, millions of cutting pattern variants are analyzed to find the best solution. - Quality optimization
Optimization takes into account factors such as wood type, blue stain, sapwood and quality. The cutting patterns are automatically adjusted according to these criteria to achieve optimal results. - Networking of order processing
Benefit from smooth collaboration between the office, sorting cart and sawmill for an efficient workflow. - Advanced cutting patterns
Use asymmetrical cuts and individual special cuts to meet even the most demanding requirements. - Dynamic cutting patterns
The cutting patterns automatically adapt to the respective log geometry to achieve maximum yield and to be able to react flexibly to different wood qualities and order sizes. - Calculation during data entry
Thanks to direct calculation when entering the timber lists, you can keep an eye on your costs and profits at all times. - Easy entry of timber lists
Enter timber lists quickly and easily in the office and save valuable time. - Production planning with calendar
Plan your production on schedule and keep an overview of capacities, order statuses and delivery dates. - Import of timber lists from Excel
Import existing data directly from Excel files to avoid duplicate entries and reduce errors. - Optimization of short lengths
Determine optimally usable short lengths – with a detailed log to track your decisions. - Delivery list of the finished timber list
Automatically create a clear delivery list and ensure smooth shipping.
